WPC 80 lactose-free is a high-protein whey concentrate obtained from whey by ultrafiltration, hydrolysis and spray drying. It is characterised by a mild taste, natural aroma and light lemon colour. The product is a free-flowing powder without lumps, easy to dose and mix.
