Whey protein isolate 90% instant is a high-purity product obtained from pasteurised milk whey. It is distinguished by its creamy white colour, neutral odour and mild, natural taste. It has been enriched with mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) or sunflower lecithin, which improves its solubility and facilitates its application in various recipes.

Instant whey protein powder is GMO-free and contains no artificial additives or ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms. Thanks to its high protein content (minimum 90%) and low fat content, it is an ideal component for the food and sports industries.
